Geo Tech Report - Lake Whakamaru section

Bare land 3250m2 section at Waipamu Station, Whakamaru, over looking Lake Whakamaru. Currently in due diligence period (ends 4th September) and looking for pre-purchase appraisal, including: Inspect the site, Check geological maps of the area, Review records of previous geotechnical reports (if available), Review any existing reports on Council records, Possibly full geotechnical report dependent on above. Make an assessment of the site and present findings in a brief and easy to understand report. Thanks,
