Geo Engineer - assess slopey ground for Swimming Pool

I have a sloping section and am wanting to put in retaining wall so I can put in a swimming pool. My architect and builder said I need a Geo report on this piece of land so can see viability of putting in pool House is currently being renovated and section is clear. I need a quote on how much to test the ground and how much for the plan for what I will need built (retaining etc).
