Soil test for house relocation to Pongaroa

I am requiring a soil test to be done on my section to ensure the stability as I have a relocatable house that needs to go on it. This is all to assist with the building consent required for the house to be sited at Pongaroa. The house will be delivered in March next year, so I would like to be organised and get the building consent done ASAP. The section has solid clay soil and new rotten rock has been added on top.
