Geotechnical report required for a section located in Pongaroa

I am requiring a Geotechnical report to be done on a section in a flood zoned area in Pongaroa. It will be to investigate ground conditions so as to determine if the soil is able to have a house relocated on it or new building. Plus also to see if there are any potential natural hazards.
