Surveying for subdivision of 40 acre section

I am looking for a surveyor to support the subdivision of a 40 acre plot of land into approximately 10 lifestyle blocks. Ideally I would like the work to start straight away but I am aware of the backlog of work most surveyors seem to be experiencing. Experience working with the Tararua council a must. At a minimum, I would truly appreciate some pricing and timeline expectations so that I can budget appropriately for this project. Address of land: 29 Factory Road, Matamau
