I have come across a yellow notice in the property file marked “Dangerous, Earthquake-prone and Insanitary Buildings.” Upon further enquiry, the city council informed me that this building is on a list of properties scheduled for a visual assessment to determine if they are potentially earthquake prone. However, the council's assessment will not be completed until 2027. Given this timeline, I'd like to have a definitive answer in a timely manner.
