Soil analysis report - Geotech Engineer

We are building a second dwelling on the back of our existing property on Puriri Street, Hawera, South Taranaki. To progress with the build, we require an investigation and soil analysis report to be done on the build site to identify what type of site works may need to be done. We would like someone who is very thorough with the investigation/ report & recommendations. Please let me know what you include in your report.
