geotechnical survey report only

I have a 10 acre block. It is a steep valley at the back of the Tai Tapu country estates off Rhodes Road, Tai Tapu. There are two build sites. The first is in the floor of the valley on near flat ground and I need to build a small home ( 100sqm ) on that site, on 1.2 metre pile sub structure.
