The contractor did not provide ID number in the Engineering NewZealand (CPEC) and an official engineering report. I am not sure that they hold accreditations (licenses), which are required for structural engeneering inspection.

-Original Construction Plans, Inspection Report for detail, Geotech report, of which only a 1 page detail was able to be provided.
This is absolutely not enough information to carry out a thorough inspection of the property as we corresponded to you and the representative real estate agent.
Inspection falls within the NZBC.
