Shotcrete wall design

We have a 3 meter by 10 meter clay wall under the house that needs retaining we had an engineer inspect and he designed a Gabion wall that was signed off by council. However the cost to build this wall have become far to much and we have been advised that a shot Crete wall using nails and netting will be more cost affective, I am after a quote to have this designed and signed off by the coucil
