Hello, I own a property on a fairly large section (over 900 square metres) and I’m exploring the possibilities for its use, including potential subdivision. I’m interested in receiving quotes for the following services: Feasibility Study: I need an expert to assess the potential for subdividing my property, including the feasibility of having the driveway for the new property on a different street. Council and Neighbour Consultations: I need advice and potentially someone to negotiate on my behalf when approaching my neighbours and the local council for the necessary approvals. Boundary Survey: There are some uncertainties regarding the back boundary of my property. I might need a new survey to confirm the exact boundaries. Development Advice: I’m open to suggestions on how to best utilize the property, considering its size, location and the local real estate market.
