Geotechnical report in the building area

As one of the preliminary steps in building a minor home in a rural 1.3 ha section, I want to do a geotechnical test and provide a report in the Lot 3 of the attached plan. A Geotech is already done by the vendor for multiple sections including my one. So I want to get it reviewed and do a more focus one in the building area.
