Hi, I'm needing some advice on what it is needed to put a new structural beam into the downstairs of my house. So in need of a structural engineer for starters. We have just started renovating and have discovered that some of the structural foundation has been removed. Now we need a beam in to continue renovations and to get building consent. I can provide more information and site visit if this is something you think you're able to assist with. Would like to get it sorted asap. Thanks in advance
