Have a small rural land with some backfill from 12 years ago when the main house was build and want geo tech report done on roughly 10x 7m area for minor dwelling. Minor will more likely to be built on timber piles/posts. We also have existing geo tech report but 12 years old. After a local engineer so less travel cost.
