Hi, We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project manager that may still be a builder or have background as a builder. Contacts in the building industry in the Warkworth and surrounding areas a bonus. Ideally a mature person looking for part time work/semi-retired, but would like to know of others who feel this may work with their current job, would not be a one off job. For the right person could lead to more. PM experience an advantage. Not immediately required to start but would be a new year project. Warkworth and surrounding areas.
