Easement Survey

Hello I have recently had vector underground some powerlines, at our property (diagram attached). Vector requires an 'easement survey plan' to submit to the council/LINZ etc. Here is the full text from Vector: As detailed in the executed contract works agreement, upon completion of the works you are responsible for completing an easement survey plan of our assets where our equipment lays in private property, to enable Vector to have an easement registered. The plan must show a Schedule of Proposed Easements in Gross, proposed easement areas for our electricity and/or gas assets inside the boundary, with grantee “Vector Limited”. Please note that Vector cannot issue a completion certificate (for 224C sign-offs) or issue ICPs until this is received, reviewed and approved. Vector has its assets installed inside boundary, so we would like to make sure easement has been allowed for the assets installed.
