Structural engineer to advise in loft conversion

We are wanting to convert unused ceiling space into liveable space. We need to find out what re-enforcements needs to be put in place. Our house is 61 m2, and the unused ceiling area is 30 m2. Preferably someone knowledgeable in the use of LVL beams and joists as we are hoping to preserve as much height as possible.
