Geotechnical site report

We would like a geotechnical report (pre design & build) on our land in Sandspit. The land is a 2acre bush block with a designated 30mx30m building site wihin the block. Block is bush covered, kauri, totara, puriri, tanekaha, nikau... House concept is small, compact, contoured to land, maximising the attachment to the trees and minimising the impact on the site. It is just a concept in our heads and we need a geotech & structural engineer and a designer to turn that concept into our home. Plenty of ideas and thoughts, but not enough substance yet! We are looking for that substance. Can you help?
