Retaining wall & cathedral ceiling

Hi. I need an engineer to check & provide plans for a low retaining wall (300mm H) which will support parking bay &/or garage within 1m. Also interested to knock out & vault lounge ceiling. Please quote for 1) retaining wall only & 2) both jobs. Thanks. Simeon
