Geotechnical Report for small construction - under $1500

Hi there We were looking for a geotechnical report to supply to a builder/architect to start a new construction of a 60-65m2 house. The entire section is 1250m2, but the house being planned will be built on one corner of the section, so the report will only need to cover that small area. Please let us know if you would be able to meet the tight budget for the report, of $1500. The address is 16 Mollyhawk Rise, Arkles Bay.
