I need an Engineer to have an initial look at a retaining wall and give opinion/advice on whether the retaining wall will be sufficient to hold the construction of a container pool above it, and, if not what he/she would suggest as a solution to ensure the wall/pool is safe after construction and for the life of the pool etc an initial $500.00 would be paid then further fess can be discussed if required.
