Waterwheel hub & bearings

I need a hub/axle & bearings (for axle) built for a waterwheel. Strong enough to support a water wheel with spokes to 2.5m in full diameter. 2 X hub plates 600mm diameter for spokes to bolt to the hub plates. Axle 1m long with hub plates mounted (fixed) at 250mm left and right from center of axle length. ie. The plates are 500mm apart from each other. The axle & bearings should be strong enough to support a water wheel of 2.5m in diameter. One end of the axle will need a pulley (500mm diameter) mounted to turn a fan belt to a small pulley of 150mm. This is an outside always wet environment.
