a two-level residential building which is being built in Orewa, Auckland, when the timber frames, building papers and roof of the building had all been done, owner discovered concrete floor is not level, higher than what it is supposed to be, worst area is about 90mm higher. Need a solution from structural engineer to fix the problem with removing the frames and roof
