We own a 4 hectare block in Blackbridge Rd Dairy Flat and believe recent zoning change to countryside living gives us the opportunity to subdivide.We require boundaries pegged as a first step and then advice on how to make the most of this opportunity and whether transferable titles are a way to maximise this further.
