Reinforce footings & lay concrete pad

We want to reinforce a couple of footings under the house and lay down a concrete pad. We have plans from an architect but need a structural engineer to come and check out the supports under the house, advise us on the sort of foundations we'd need for the concrete pad and create some plans for us please.
