Retaining wall assessment

The driveway adjacent to our house is supported by a retaining wall on the boundary to our neighbour, photo 1. Some of the concrete slabs have moved and our now sticking somewhat out, photos 2-4. We have the impression this has gotten worse over the last 12 months. The retaining wall to our neighbour extends alongside a paved driveway down to our house, that also shows some signs of settlement, photos 5-6. This has been the case since we moved in. The concrete slabs next to the house have become a trip hazard and we like to get it fixed. But before doing that we like to understand whether the retaining wall to our neighbour needs work to stop further movement. A short report with your findings would be appreciated.
