Flood assessment for resource consent

We own a property in Rosehill, Papakura. There is a 6x9m Versatile double garage with a sleep out and ensuite (all with CCC). It was built in 1998. We are going to convert this in to a minor dwelling. The first step of attaining resource consent is to get a flood assessment done. We have been advised by the council that a full flood report is not necessary. We will also be posting up a job for a planner to put together our resource consent application so if you want to make an offer to have both done, we would welcome all quotes.
