Suspended concrete garage floor design Hunua

Doing a project for a friend and looking to talk to someone about the best concrete floor option for his proposed garage. Size is about 14m x 10m. Right side is on original ground and left on fill that may be 3-5 mtrs from floor to original ground but not sure. Would like to meet and talk about options and price for foundation engineering.
