Hi, I'm needing to check the structural integrity of my house after an interior ceiling fire. The fire took place a while ago and has recently been discovered during a building inspection. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of it. At this stage builders have advised an engineer needs to sign off on it before any repair work could take place
