Creation of easement

We're wanting to create an easement to take storm water from the newly subdivided section (138 Greer Court - Lot 1) to the natural water course on the original (100 Greer Court - Lot 2). Easement is to be approx. 3m wide x 28m, and run from the south east corner of the section (Lot 1) halfway back towards Watershed Rd across Lot 2. Please quote full price including survey and lodgement of paperwork with Land Information, and approx. start date.
