We are looking to purchase a very steep piece of land near Kawhai harbor and want to make sure we can build on the top levelled off area without any risk of a slip and also just to check the area in general to see if it's actually feasible to build on the land/ no hidden secrets in the soil.
At this stage just looking to obtain a rough quote to see how much any investigation would cost. Many thanks
