We're planning to remove what appears to be non-load bearing, non-bracing wall between family room and dining. House build in 1994, all documentation present including plans and wall bracing calculations. We need an engineer to assess and issue paperwork to confirm that the wall is safe to remove. Photo of the wall, and part of the house plan attached.
