Conservatory - Beam Replacement/Inspection Required

Hi team, Our conservatory is about 2m above ground and the beam looks like it's starting to crack (from memory its about 25-30 years old). We would thoroughly appreciate a proper inspection and a wider inspection around the supporting beams given the length of time its been there. On a seperate note, we also want to extend our deck and we'll need consent for that as above 1.5m (around 2m) so hoping we can do some type of bundled thing there with a straight forward deck design and if need to replace beam then get the consent all in one etc.
