Convert Garage to Games Room & Storage

I’m wanting to convert an existing single garage under my wooden piled house into a games room, potentially also excavating part of the underneath of the house at the same time to form an L shaped room (The L shaped footprint will be roughly a 7.5m by 7.0m square with a smaller 4.2m by 3.1m square removed from the front right corner) The existing height of the garage is 1.74m so will require some excavation of the existing garage floor and the underneath of the house and as a result I expect some repiling and/or load bearing steel beams to be inserted. Some of the existing piles are seated on a concrete wall (see photo) Assuming the ceiling height is eventually 2.4m I estimate 30m3+ of soil will need to be removed + whatever’s required for any new foundations. Keen to understand cost of two options – the full excavation option above or possibly some careful concrete cutting of the existing garage floor and retaining to form a smaller room the size of the existing garage floor footprint.
