We need a surveyor to prepare COA safe and sanitary report. You will be responsible for including everything in the report to apply for COA. Also, if any structural work consent is required? We will be applying for COA on our own (unless too complicated). We have a COA initial report with us which can be provided to help in preparing the quote and guide us for COA filing. If you can help us in filing COA report as well, we can consider as an extra task and can discuss as a separate project with you as well.
