To determine if a wall measuring 2.7metres in a kitchen is load bearing. If so - to produce a design for our LBP to make the area structurally sound as our intention is to remove this wall and open the kitchen to the dining room. The roof of the house is light-weight metal tile. We would like the engineer to inspect work done on completion.
