Twisting Bungalow

Our house is a 1940s bungalow that has had several extensions. Due to this the house is supported by varies means; breeze blocks, piles and resting on clay. We have had some drainage work done recently, and this coupled with the very dry summer we have been experiencing has made the house twist - large cracks are appearing throughout the house. Doors are not shutting or once shut not opening. We need some advice on a comprehensive solution to help realign our house.
