Survey certificate for location of driveway and retaining walls

Surveyors certificate required confirming location of retaining walls and driveway are within the property boundaries and to approved resource and building consent plans. We have purchased an incomplete 2 lot subdivision. The original surveyor has retired so we may also need professional assistance later to lodge with LINZ also.
