Review of a subdivision plan + a quote for a retaining wall job

Hi. We purchased a property in 2020 that has subdivision plans drafted in 2018. We wanted to review these plans to understand any changes or considerations we should allow for this in --- . There is also a more immediate need to have work done on a retaining wall (approx. 5 meters in length and 2-3 meters high) and to receive a quote and some options that we can consider for this. Thanks
