Structural Engineering Report

I am a builder and require an Independent Inspection and Report from an appropriately qualified professional consulting structural engineer in Auckland (preferably the North Shore). The report requires an inspection (and formal written report) for a concrete driveway (approximately 10 years old) in Torbay that was built to Council Specifications over a Registered Easement that provides access to a rear property (after we completed subdivision of the original property). The concrete driveway has suffered damage from use by the owner (and tenants that previously rented the house). Knowledge of the Government Land Rules and Land Transfer Regulations that apply would be useful although not entirely necessary. The Report needs to assess and report on the fell extent of the damage and will potentially be used to support a formal Claim and possible Court Action.
