Geotech report for new house build - first week of level 3!

Hi there, We are looking for a Geotech engineer to carry out site works first week in level 3 or soon after as we require a report for our engineer to design our footings. Plans are ready for council in 3-4 weeks but need the engineered designs to go with it and the engineer is awaiting a Geotech. Please see attached pictures to see floor plan and lots 1 and 2 (these are bare land) and send pricing and availability. We need site works done for lot 2 as that’s where we are building first. But we also require site works for lot 1 in future so if you can provide an estimate to do lot 2 and another estimate to do both sites at once please. Cheers Jono and Sophie
