Soil report for residential property

The LIM report of a home we are considering buying has flagged that there are 'possible soil issues'. I would like a geotech engineer to come and survey the property this week between the 22nd March to 24th March. The home is built on a slope leading down to a reserve, there is a stream at the base of the gully. There are visible cracks in the ground in front of the property, I am not sure if this is a concern. Please contact me at your earliest convenience if you are able to help out.
