Hello, Im a builder who started a reclad on my own home over lockdown. Used RAB board lightly screwed so it can all be taken off for inspection. Ive come to the realisation I may aswell re-build. Alot of gib has been removed etc to get a pretty good picture. So im looking for a cosultant to consult onsite to confirm my suspicions or not. I have had draughtsman onsite prior to partial demo to discuss the reclad etc, If you think the house is keepable obviously I will proceed with the consent and require your services. If not im happy to pay for the consultation. Cheers Dave
