"client was nice to deal with. not sure why adherence to cost only scored 4/5 as the cost was less than what was quoted when the client informed me that the job was not required to be completed. it may have been because there was going to be an additional cost for a report required by council (from a third party) that was not indicated as being required by me in my quote as i was unaware that it would be required. the reason for not completing the job was because the owner sold the property on an "as is' basis. the new owner may require the work to be completed at a later date ."
