Retaining Wall Engineering design

Hi There We need Engineering design on two retaining walls. First will be a timber pole wall between 1 meter high and 26 meters long that will e supporting a drive. Second is a concrete block wall that will also be foundation wall for a lower level. This wall will be buried to its full height at one end to fully exposed at the other. 8 meters in one direction and 14 meters in the other. The other two walls will be exposed. Need to establish the cost to engineer this. Regards Michael
