My husband and I would like to build a garage on land that is retained land a meter from the existing retaining wall. to do so we need to build a retaining wall then fill to create the garage slab. we have been advised to get a Geo tec report completed to confirm the soil strength etc so the above ground slab can be drilled into the ground. etc we need to make sure it is safe and done correctly. We also need to stay within our budget. could we please arrange a quote to be completed :) is there any one that does both geo tec reports. engineering and can complete the slab for us? the slab will be 9x 9 Meters round 1 meter high. we plan to place a 9x 6 mtr skyline garage on top. We have written our max budget for the geo report, retaining wall/slab completion. as we need to buy a garage and have i installed on top of that.
