I have a house in Murrays Bay, Auckland's North Shore. Super simple job, my neighbour is selling and I require 2 things. 1. The boundary line on that side of the property confirmed and marked. 2. A developer has asked to buy the back section of my property and I need an exact area in square metres (and perhaps some advice about this).
