Cross-lease flats plan update to include a deck

I have a letter from my neighbour giving me permission to update the flats plan on our cross-lease titles to include the deck on my unit. The exisiting flats plan is very simple with just the building outlines and the boundary shown. The deck is rectangular. I would like an estimation of the costs and time required to undertake this work. We would like this work carried out as soon as possible.
