Boundary Adjustment

We have approx 10sqm triangle piece of land which has been swapped & fenced off from the neighbours for approximately 20years +. Our neighbours are thinking about selling their property and we'd like to carry out an adjustment so the BBQ area we have built on "their" land is legally ours, and the lawn they have on "our" land can be theirs. I am told all is straight forward from council but we haven't taken it further, we can discuss further but it is basically a triangular 10sqm piece. I am after a start to finish price (estimate at this stage). We are ready to go ahead as soon as surveyor is confirmed and we know what to do!
