I need a geotech report for a site at the front of an existing house for the Auckland Council for consent purposes. MBIE legislated a regulation for determination of soil liquefaction (HAZARD). GIS is showing liquefaction for the site is unlikely. Please consult a geotechnical engineer to conclude about the risk of liquefaction hazard for this project, Providing a Full Geotechnical report for the site. also require a geotech to confirm the foundation depth on site – separate to this – just as a consent condition at this stage. The time frame is important as the consent has been submitted to Council and is waiting for this report. The PIM has been consented. I have full plans but this site does not allow me to upload them
